DEPOSIT POLICY
In order to schedule a permanent cosmetics appointment, we require a $100 Non-Refundable deposit for securing your procedure appointment. This deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking via phone, online booking or at the time of your consultation appointment. This is to secure your appointment and the deposit will be applied to your total cost of the procedure.
The remaining balance will be due the day of your scheduled appointment. Balance is due on the day of your procedure VIA cash or card. A card is excepted for deposit only not for remaining balance. A surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.

You $100 non-fundable deposit will be forfeited if:
If client choses to cancel (at any time)
You fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment without 48 hours notice.
You are a no call, no show. Any client that DOES NOT SHOW for a schedule appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay full price for procedure up front for any future appointment(s).
You are 15+ minutes late to your appointment.
(please take into consideration travel time and rush hour traffic and call us immediately if you feel you may be even at least 1 minute late)
You show up with a minor child. We can’t have unattended children in the studio – you will be unable to move during a procedure.
You arrive to your appointment without government-issued identification.
You reschedule your appointment more than one time.
Rescheduling:
A 48 hours reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone, text or email when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Facebook or Instagram is not an accepted method of canceling or rescheduling.

If you are in need of reschedule an existing appointment please give us a 48 hours notice and we will carry your deposit over to the new appointment ( one time only). If it is more than one time, you will be required to pay another deposit of $100 Non-Refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Late fee:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and if we do an additional $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Please be aware, if you show up to your appointment and there are any Acne, Pimple, Cold sores, Irritation of the skin of any kind in or around the area of the area of the procedure, Mariah will not able to do the procedure until the area of the concern or blemish is gone. You will be rescheduled and you are required an additional $50 rescheduling fee will apply to secure your next appointment.
Remember when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner, it affects three parties.
